Mike Carpenter was my service advisor. Extremely courteous and professional. They are also very COVID-aware and take extra steps for cleaning everything. They were able to diagnose my vehicle issue, provided a loaner, and had everything all fixed ASAP.

And he continues to answer all my questions regarding my new car. Jessica in Finance was also exceptional. She had all my paperwork ready for me in order to get me in and out knowing that I was concerned about Covid-19.

He's straightforward, knowledgeable and communicates well. My Hyundai's have been the best cars I've owned. I have a Sante Fe sport, 2 of my children drive Sonata's and my nephew has an Elantra.
