Today i went to go view an open house located at 144-09 221st StSpringfield Gardens, NY 11413. When i arrived Sammy asked me " can i help you" as if there weren't two large signs that says "open house" that were displayed. He proceeded to ask me if i was pre-approved which i told him yes and told him my pre-approval amount. He then said " well this is a 1 million house, it's not in your budget" .
