Called at 10:30am on the hottest day of the summer because our central air stopped working the night before. Had called 4 other companies already, none of which were responsive or available given the high volume of issues. Prestige answered immediately, had a tech here less than an hour later, and in 20 min, the capacitor was replaced and we were up and running.
