I called at 11:40 this morning to say my combi boiler had an error code that started last night and I had no hot water. 90 minutes later I was back up and running! Now that's great service!

Everyone you talk to on the phone and meet with in person makes the process run smoothly. The most impressive to me was the installation crew. My AC stopped cooling two times recently. Both times Prestige Heating and Cooling came out on short notice, quickly diagnosed the problem and had everything running perfectly again. Reliable, responsive, and professional. Highly recommend!
I would give this company 1 million stars! They were responsive, detail oriented, clean and efficient! They put in mini splits in my first floor and a mini split with duct work in my 2nd floor (with split in my unfinished attic). Jimmy S gave me his word I would be impressed and he kept his word. The work on this big project was top notch! I can not say enough good things about this company, the electrician they used and all the people in their crew were amazing! Thank you, Prestige!!!!
Excellent experience with Prestige. They replaced two 29 year old systems (condenser, coil, furnace) in one day. I highly recommend the crew - Curt, Rueben, Marshall, Jordan, Brandon. They did great work! Also thanks to Jimmy (sales) on the ecobee smart thermostats recommendation - really like it!
