My 7 year old was very scared to have a tooth pulled and Dr. Scott Seiler and his team did an outstanding job helping him to stay calm so they could do what they needed to do. He always leaves there with a big smile on his face and this time was no different. They are all very good at reassuring kids and making the entire experience a positive one. I will only take him there or anywhere that Dr. Seiler recommends in the future. The entire office seems like they really care!

We were stuck in traffic and called the office that we would be 10 minutes late. At exactly 10 minutes, the receptionist called and said we had to reschedule. I said that we are 2 minutes away and she said, "Do you want to reschedule now or call back tomorrow". This is the height of rudeness considering our whole day was planned around this appointment. LOVE this practice. They are always on time and always very professional. My daughter actually wants to be a dentist because her experiences here are always positive.
The staff was great and timely. The entire office was very kid friendly and they gave us all of the information we needed to know. I would highly recommend this office.
Appt time was for 3:30pm and when 3:45pm rolled around I asked if the doctor was running behind.....and the new front desk girl just gave me a look like, r u kidding me! Then she said she would check....it took her anther few minutes to get out of her chair and go check in back as she glared at me getting up. Dominic went back a couple minutes later and the assistant, whom I have never seen before, told me that she would come get me when Dr. Smiler did his exam... 15-18 min.
