2 weeks ago my friend and I purchased bundles from here , they told us how they never had a complaint about the hair , how it was there "best seller " blah blah blah & within the first 2 days of me installing this hair I wanted to take it out ITS Horrible , it shades constantly, it doesn't curl anymore , mind you I never once put heat to this hair. I won't apologize for the low rating. I am a professional in the hair industry and recently visited and purchased from your store. I was immediately approached by 2 workers and thought 'wow, how nice to be greeted as soon as I walk in', but that quickly changed from wow to 'r u kidding me?!'
