There is absolutely No Friendly Customer Services present unless you demand it' or ask to be helped while in their store.....this store also has lousy selections of ratty overpriced wigs and expensive hair care products too....Do yourselves a favor and never patronize this store unless you want sh*tty services or being accused as being a thief in their store'.....Spend your money elsewhere.
