I've had more than one bad experience with them. This past friday took the cake. i bought an ebin edge control and didnt check it in the store. once i looked in the jar the next day i noticed it was evaporated. After repeatedly calling for 3 days i got an answer. For the person to inform me "its nothing they can do about it. all sales are final". which isn't true but they have def lost yet another UNSATISFIED customer..
