Scheduling was easily made over the phone, 24 hours before my appointment I got a text with payment directions, I made the payment online, probably 3-4 steps and came back home next day to a clean house. I had no missed spots and my house looks great again. Definitely recommend them.

I have used them for several years, at my two homes, each of which had a different outside surfacing-cleaning area. Their work has always been SUPERB. All areas I wanted clean, were cleaned and detailed perfectly. There is a money-back guarantee but I've never needed it. All employees and both owners are nice to deal with, and very professional. To be totally honest.... They showed up on the day that we scheduled. As for the quality of their work, not so good. I don't recommend them to anyone. I personally had to buy a pressure washer and clean my 10'×20' pad myself. I was told that my stains wouldn't come off. I agreed that they wouldn't come off however, I got them faded almost to nothing which tells me that it wasn't cleaned but I was charged 35.00. NEVER call a number on a truck along side the road, you get what you get! Can't rate the service as they never bothered to show up on the schedule date, but will say the lady in the office leaves a LOT to be desired, best way to describe is Rude, unprofessional and lacking in even the most basic of customer service skills. Now to see if they actually refund the payment that they happily accepted in advance of the work being done.
