This was my first time at Pressed Roots and I had an amazing experience! My stylist, Cadie, was fantastic—she walked me through the entire process and made me feel so comfortable. She was very knowledgeable about my hair and even recommended a steam treatment to help with my dry scalp. I have issues with dandruff and brought my prescribed shampoo, and she had no problem using it before applying their products, which I really appreciated.
