I lived in Press House for four years and it has really went down a lot no air condition no heat washing machine go out. I wanna recommend that place to a dog life you say maybe be your own Press House or should I say the stress out?

Posting now that I’ve received my security deposit. I lived in Press House for two years and moved out a couple months ago. Initially, I was excited to live there due to the location and easy access to the red line. Over time, things declined, most notable after management changed from Foulger Pratt to Bozzuto. In my first winter, I went without hot water for over a week. That summer, many residents had AC issues that took months to fix. I got lucky, but my second winter brought HVAC problems of my own. EDIT: The building manager has decided to lie and announce we've renewed, when in reality, we lost one of our jobs and had to downsize units, forcing us to sign a new lease. Thanks for reenforcing my review. Also: " tenants have a right to privacy, and landlords are generally prohibited from violating this right. According to the District of Columbia Tenant Bill of Rights, landlords may not "violate your privacy, harass you, or refuse to honor your lease" ." Avoid at all costs. I recently moved out of Press House and for those who want a brief, to-the-point review: do not move into this complex. There are so many alternative NoMa apartments that I'd recommend, but Press House is not, and will never, be on that list. To consider: The Burton & the 202 (I had friends live in both, and had great experiences. Though all are managed by Bozzuto).
