Nice Place to Live! Presque View apartments is a nice place to live! The problem with Section 8 people like the person above is most of us care about where we live. We pay our rent and work hard for our money. We are not looking for hand outs like most others are. We have been living at Presque View or many many years and enjoy living there. Unprofessional Management & Cheaply Made I have a very long review but I can't post it all. All I will say in summation, is that after 8 years of living in these apartments under HANDS management, everything was mostly fine. From what I understand, their tax credit ran out and Excel realty took back over. After that happened, I was harassed, lied to, & threatened. After a year of that nonsense, I finally I moved.
