I give preslee apartments 5 stars because staff is amazing specially mrs April. She is always smiling and always provides amazing service and i have been a resident here for quite sometime and as long as I've known mrs April she has always made me feel like she really cares about her tenants. she is best.
Amazing customer service I love the entire team. They are always so friendly even to the pets. I also love that the gym is available to residents 24/7
Definitely changed my mind Absolutely wonderful place Customer service is on point Was skeptical at first but they quickly changed my mind The renovated apartment I got was definitely better than some I’ve came from I put a work order in and they got it done pretty quickly Office manager introduced herself when I first applied and on the day of move in even walked me to my apartment and gave me a welcome home basket

It's ok We moved in July of 2021 the apartments wasn't ready, the day we were moving In they were barely installing the floor. The management at the time was horrible, I know now we are under knew management which they seem a little better. They're are holes under the bottom cabinets, it looks like they painted over everything, hair , dust, nails, etc. We are more comfortable now that we moved into a 2 bed,2bath. Which is great. Look at the reviews and their better business bureau score and all the reviews not only with this property but Wehner multifamily group and ask yourself this question? Would you want to live in this community under there management and their ungodly practices of profit over people, illegal eviction, unprofessional biased, and the countless negligence and neglect or only from the property managers Viviana Castro and Lindsey Rae Ashton but Wehner multifamily group in a whole. Save your money Way over priced. The remodel is awful. Holes under the counter top. They'll post a inspection for a date & not show till 3 days later. They'll randomly shut off the water. They're unorganized. Will not answer calls. Cops are constantly at the property. Property manager couldn't care less.
If I could leave a -100 star review I would! I’ve been living in one of their apartment complexes since May 2019 and I’ve been having nothing but issues...SECURITY AND SAFETY ISSUES! Issue #1: woke up to my heat running, I hadn’t turned my heat on for the winter yet.
