I know a lot of times we all tend to point out when we feel like something is wrong, or we weren't treated good. I recently contacted Presidio through their website ( & multiple rental places ) to help with a friend who had been displaced by fire. It has been very emotional & stressful at times, but they went above and beyond to help us find a rental. I don't usually write reviews but after this experience (and the not so great experiences I had dealing with other companies ) I had to. They took over and handled everything , we all really appreciated their kindness. So thank you Presidio ..
Just contacted this company to inquire about some properties that I saw on their website. Their website didn't have very good descriptions of each property so I decided to call. Upon me initial inquiry the first girl just said "hold on" then transferred me. The second gentleman that answered did not sound very happy to deal with the phone call. (I'm in customer service that involves answer phone calls and there is a reason that we are taught to smile when you answer then phone because you truly can hear it!) Anyhow, no big d... read more
