Horrible Customer Service – HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. I was misleaded to come in for an appointment when I was told that Dr. Kaymen does do a liquid nitrogen spray treatment. This treatment for acne has been in use for years and is still in practice, however, Dr. Kaymen told me that it was no longer in use, she had never heard of such a thing and even implied that my last doctor was worsening the situation and that he was somewhat of a "rogue dermatologist."
