Rafael and the rest of the staff were extremely professional, no sales tactics or pressure. I went to the car dealership by myself to look at their 2013 Mercedes Benz E-350 they had on Car Gurus. Drove the car, it ran very well, it felt like a brand new Mercedes Benz and it seemed like a good deal.
