Edit 9/2025 - Bozzuto has been managing for a few months now and parking is still an issue. They do nothing about the illegally parked or disabled vehicles that make it a legitimate hazard to drive through the lots. Haven't fixed the gate in at least 2 months, so don't consider this gated or secured. But don't worry they will start charging you more utilities in the middle of your lease! Do not move here management will not respond to your emails. I walked to the leasing office to dispute a charge. During my last month and this complex I was charged an entirety of $1339 instead of $798. Presidential city now owes me $574 due to their incorrect calculation on their payment app. The gentleman that tried to assist me was very passive, rude and was of no help and in fact repeated himself that “there is no money here”(which is obvious presidential city/ Bozzuto can easily refund me and charge me the correct amoun... read more
