I lived here for 5 years and after touring literally dozens of other complexes in the city, I can honestly say this is one of the best. The building is well-maintained and every member of staff and maintenance that I met was kind, professional, and responsive. I had a few standard issue problems in my 5 years here (microwave died, kitchen light flickering, chain in my toilet broke) - they were all fixed same day. Mostafa was a huge help to me when I had a maintenance issue! He drove over right away right before a big snow storm was about to hit and fixed my issue promptly and with care. Thanks so much Mostafa!!!!

Not a fan of this building. The good thing is that the front office staff were very responsive and helpful when you needed them. They also gave me my entire security deposit back. Unfortunately, it is very expensive to live here. My rent for a one bedroom was $2,289 plus a $150 per month “air conditioning” fee. The air conditioning fee is mandatory and you have to pay it all year. I believe the air conditioning fee is variable based on how much they want to charge for the apartment because they are a trying to get around ren... read more

Abdul is the absolute heart of President Madison. He goes above and beyond on everything — from maintenance requests to just making sure residents are taken care of — and he’s one of the main reasons we’ve stayed here. He’s hardworking, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile, and we can’t thank him enough. Lauren has also been wonderful to work with and so supportive whenever we’ve needed help. Between Abdul and Lauren, we’ve felt genuinely looked after as residents, and that makes all the difference.
