I lived here for several years and overall had a positive experience. The management and maintenance teams were responsive. When issues arose in my apartment, maintenance typically addressed them quickly. If a repair required parts or additional time, Lauren communicated clearly, provided realistic timelines, and did a great job setting expectations throughout the process. Not a fan of this building. The good thing is that the front office staff were very responsive and helpful when you needed them. They also gave me my entire security deposit back. Unfortunately, it is very expensive to live here. My rent for a one bedroom was $2,289 plus a $150 per month “air conditioning” fee. The air conditioning fee is mandatory and you have to pay it all year. Hey, I have lived here for almost two years (across two units) and I really stay because of the location, maintenance team. and the property manager. I worked with Lauren F , the property manager and she is phenomenal. She always responds to my requests from small to big lifts. For example, before i signed the lease, I asked to see the apartment when they were other occupants. To big asks, like getting the key before my lease starts bc it fell on the weekend. I lived here for 5 years and after touring literally dozens of other complexes in the city, I can honestly say this is one of the best. The building is well-maintained and every member of staff and maintenance that I met was kind, professional, and responsive. I had a few standard issue problems in my 5 years here (microwave died, kitchen light flickering, chain in my toilet broke) - they were all fixed same day.
