I have lived at the Hampton for a year and half. Everything was well until the property got sold and have new management. Since Cecil with his staff left, this property is going down hill. The office staff is impolite, they do not know where is their head from their toes, the grounds are super dirty and it looks like a poor neighborhood. The dumpster is very close to the building I reside and the garbage is all over and tons of sofas, mattresses and other stuff. It makes the entrance look completely unattractive and dirty.
