I was greeted in a friendly manner by name and did not wait long in the waiting room. My hygenist is always terrific and Dr. Renee Kinney answered my questions as well as being welcoming. Love to see all of you-something works right. We've come to see you for over 20 some years!!!!!

Dr. Kinney and staff are all very kind. I believe Dr. Kinney is incredibly competent and trust her to resolve the complex dental issues I face. I am disappointed in the insurance pre-authorization and billing process. Not receiving prior approval for a procedure has happened twice to my family in the last three months. This seems out of the ordinary and would suggest a review of the pre-authorization process to ensure quality service is provided. very professional and responsive staff . warm and funny! My first time with this practice was a result of an online discount for initial evaluation. I had been trying to figure out how to interview a new dentist without having to pay for the exam. An initial, no cost, interview should be an operating standard for ALL medical professionals. Dr Renee not only examined and xrayed(for minimual fee) , but cleaned my teeth as a part of the initial visit.
