Hi,Dr. Musser took care of my crown this week. He is excellent, gently numbing I like how the area with over-numbing, and waits to see if it takes effect, and then adds if needed.When the crown arrived, it was a bit high, and was sent back to the lab. He apologized, which was considerate. Bottom Line: I will go out of my way to return to this place. I was greeted by normal, friendly, helpful receptionists. My hygienist was WONDERFUL; Friendly, informative, thorough, and is obviously an expert at her job. It's the little things that make a difference and she understands that. It's not an assembly line. She took her time and did things right with my comfort in mind. I was only in for a cleaning, but D.D.S. Kinney stopped in for a look and within a few minutes convinced me that he is also an expert at the craft ... read more
Jill was excellent in cleaning and checking my teeth and gums. Dr. Kinney quickly checked. All OK.
