Edit: we are now facing TARGETING and destruction of private property which of course the leasing office will play dumb and find a way to blame the tenant for their complex’s actions. It has been reported to Fogelman and the VP is now stepping in. We now know that several issues we have faced were never taken care of, no violations sent out, and certainly not speaking to neighbors who have been causing issues since APRIL 2025. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Price gouging for severe roach and mold issues. I moved into these apartments very quickly trying to restart and find stability after losing everything in a house fire and had issues from day one. They were very accommodating to get me under contract same day but it was not to my advantage! They do NOT document maintenance calls especially pertaining to roaches so that you can’t adequately break lease so make sure to EMAIL all issues! When we moved in April 2025, staff was friendly (just the manager and assistant in the office) but we had continuous issues with our neighbor allowing his dogs to bark, pee on our front door, and charge at the windows which stressed our pets- this went on for 4 continuous months. Very accommodating to get you in and under contract and does look really nice and inviting initially but the headaches are not worth it in the long run.
