I leased my apartment 04203 at a base price of $1229 October, 2024 and it's now listed for $1544.00 as of November, 2025. I assure you this unit isn't worth what they're asking for. I have submitted numerous of maintenance requests, numerous of pest control requests (which has worsen)! No lease violations, I've paid my rent on time with the exception of being late once! These folks seem to care more about the outside rather than the inside. Crime is also on horizon as this property has had multiple theft incidents, this lady Mercedes Benz was literally stolen. People bay bay kids unaccompanied for hours at a time without an adult in sight. Please consider living somewhere else if you value safety and comfortability.
