Maintenance plays pool in empty garage bays. Why? When the air conditioning is broken intermittently, we need service. Call the office…they are probably not in. Nice community. Unprofessional.
1. Old & outdated, buildings/appliances/amenities 2. Water leaks everywhere! I have water damage to furniture that is still unaddressed after months. The leaks themselves took weeks to repair. 3. Friendly staff, but their hands are tied by corporate policies and I truly believe given the opportunity they’d be more helpful.
