I'm researching places to go when we come to Houston in June and based on this response from the owner, we will not be giving them our business, despite the cool asthetic. You and your staff ARE NOT ADA knowledgeable and very clearly not ADA compliant. Based on the response down below you could and should be sued for this interaction. Entrees came out separately and before the appetizer. Food was out for a good minute before we could ask for condiment.
Very racist staff. Would definitely never recommend to anyone. Managers are very unprofessional and rude don't waste your time. The McDonald's next to it will provide better service, food, and drinks.
Rude service. Will never be back! Servers are rude.
