Great atmosphere but paying $7 for valet was not good. Amazing drinks and loved the patio.

This was my first time there and the ambiance was pretty chill. Drinks came quick and were made to consumer perfection and they had a few tasty concoctions. I didn’t make it upstairs to the metal “hamster ball” sections, but I will next time. Parking is not the greatest... but that’s to be expected in some inner loop establishments. I look forward to my next visit!

Maybe because it’s new, but the wait staff, other than one guy bartender upstairs seemed fairly clueless. The girls behind the bar downstairs were incredibly slow and very inattentive. Hopefully these things will be seen and addressed by managers and shift leaders. The look of the place was pretty cool but it’s customer service that will be the make or break point for this place.

I feel our staff was adequately trained but nothing can prepare them for the volume we have incurred other than opening the doors to the public so they can get the practice they need behind the bar.
