The whole place needs rehabbing. My bathroom sink was constantly leaking, the windows were dirty from the inside, handles around doors are filthy, elevator doors also dirty, like maintenance was smearing greasy dirt around. And unfortunately, staff, both nursing and medical can be incredibly stupid. The residents don't hear when you answer questions. Where do I begin? The neonatal care unit is inept. My girlfriend’s boy was told to be over 9 lbs and immediately had to be induced. When they induced her her pain was so great they gave her epidurals. These dropped the baby’s heart rate so fast they needed to perform an immediate c section. The boy came out under 9. The baby is now in ECU and recovering. If I could do anything about this I will. Please stay away. They lied saying the cord was choked. It’s a method to cover themselves. Maintenance is very poor. Just walked in, no 1 is paying attention as to whom is walking in and it's very, very hot in the patience room. The nurse was nice...no complaints there...
Omg the best hospital, they treat you like a family Dr Lutfi and his team omg the best ,, everybody are very nice , they are very respectful . Thank you �.
