My car wouldn’t start, and after talking on the phone with Michael and Louie, I took my car in for diagnostics. Not only did they tell me the problem in under 45 minutes but they gave me a quote on the work and stood by it. Being in the tight spot I was, i was worried about it but Louie and his wife helped me out immensely. Tire Pros did a very wonderful thing. My friend was in a very tight spot. she needed some work done but wasn't going to have the money for a few days. She is a singlemother, going through school, trying to make a better life for her and her daughter so this car issue was going to make things tough for a bit. The owners, Louie Gomez and his wife Angel, opened their hearts and took care of the cost of fixing her car. This is something you don't see that much anymore. I took my tire there to give fixed it was unrepairable and they put a tire in better condition on for no cost it was an awesome experience you just don’t get service like that around here anymore now that Prescott is getting so big

Amazing people. They seriously helped me out today. I needed a new battery. They worked around my work schedule and stayed later to wait for me to be off work. Really good people and professional. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend them.
