RecommendedI had my tires replaced on my 2011 Highlander, and after I had made my appointment and dropped the car off, I realized I needed an oil change as well. Louie and Angel were more than accommodating. I didn’t expect them to do both on the same day with their shop being packed-busy, but they did. They run a great operation, and have recommended to my friends and family.

When my Pontiac needed new shoes (tires) Tire Pros were professional and ordered them right away. They worked with my schedule to get them on. I waited only minimally and comfortably in their waiting room. They had snacks and coffee which was perfect. I recommend them for your tire needs.

We had multiple problems with an older vehicle of ours and the Tire Pro guys were amazing to work with! At one point, Louie lent us his Tire Pros truck so that we could have a vehicle over the weekend. That was above and beyond in my book! I have always been treated with honesty, dignity and respect at Tire Pros. I refer people there all the time because I know they will be treated well and fairly. This is a wonderful company!

I'm so thankful I found Tire Pros of Prescott- just when you think all decency and kindness in the automotive svc industry is lost, these ppl are one of a kind. I originally went to Big-O w/my flat tire in hopes of a patch/plug, the manager seemed rude and told me they couldn't do it and I needed new tires and an alignment (which I just had done 2 mo's ago) because they said the tires were cracked and 'could explode'.
