Angel answering the phone and spending several minutes with them instead of me who was standing in front of her in mid transaction ruined it for me. I am a MBA and it is common courtesy to help the person in front of you first and put the caller on hold or call them back. To make it worse, I bought 4 new tires. The caller wanted a price on a used tire. Tell me owner of Tire Pros, what do you value the most? The saving grace was the young man who rotated my tires. Real shame because my fist experience was so positive.
Amazing wonderful honest people. They didn't try to sell anything to me I didn't need. Did an oil change as I requested... Will definitely be coming back for all my car needs always.
