As a nurse who orders regularly the staff is always trying to get things done. A lot of times complaints about the pharmacy are not the pharmacy's fault at all. A lot of times it can be because a client does not like their doctor's orders (or lack of orders), or maybe a medicine is not ready for refill. And then they take it out on the pharmacy. I'm sorry but, the only reason I gave Prescott Pharmacy a rating of ★☆☆☆☆ is because ☆☆☆☆☆ wasn't an option. If there meds you take that are important that you get them when you need them, i would use CVS or Walgreens because its not that important to Prescott that you get your meds when you need them.
Special thanks to Maitri. She has been very helpful with all my patients’ medications. She often goes beyond her duties, especially when a patient is having issues with their insurance. I truly appreciate her support and dedication.
