My Mother was treated like family. We will be forever grateful that my Mother felt she was at home. She always told us, 'they take good care of me here'. Thank you all.

I am an outside vendor who comes in to work at East Harbor, so they do not pay me. These guys are working so hard right now to protect their residents from the current pandemic. As more information comes out, they keep re-assessing and re-strategizing to eliminate risk. They are saving lives. Not all facilities are willing to go to such lengths.

East Harbor Village just threw my 83-year-old mother out because she walked outside. The staff only likes sedated, sweet little old ladies and are unable to get along with people who has even mild forms of dementia. I would never recommend this immoral place for senior independent living.

My Dad has been staying here for rehabilitation after a hip surgery. His recovery is complicated because of illness, and the staff has been fabulous. The pt staff is enthusiastic and supportive, as are the nurses. While spending every day there for a solid week I was able to observe the routines and everything is stellar. There are lots of activities for residents and they are very contentious with family needs, especially cna Sarah and Joyce. I highly recommend this facility!

I just saw the most inappropriate video on this page. If this is how you mock your residents I would never consider utilizing your services.

I have an issue with the fact Bay Metro Buses are NO LONGER ALLOWED on the Property. It is very, very difficult using a Wheelchair,Walker or Crutches to catch the bus. Riders have to get out to the road. It is s very long walk thru ice covered DRIVEWAY to the Road. No Bench to sit on,no protection from the RAIN,SNOW,SLEET. THIS IS A 62+ Building. It just seems like discrimination to me and morally WRONG. Round trip bus fare is $1.00. Now folks are pressured into using DART which is $3.00 ROUND TRIP. There are times when payin... read more
