Extremely dismissive and rude and terrible at listening.  I’d drive out of state for a rheumatologist before going back to her

This hospital should receive zero stars. If it weren't for divine intervention I would be dead. I went in for a hysterectomy without full knowledge of my options and risks of not only prolapse (had no clue)but surgery complications and/or possible surgical errors. I find out later I had options and I could have avoided surgery altogether. Dr. Dandade failed to properly inform my and didnt provide options, due to self interest or lack of education. $$$$ Dr. Dandade failed on many counts: multiple medication errors (BHRT) whi... read more

Misdiagnosed twice in ER. Very long wait time ( with not many people in waiting area) , you should expect literally 5-6 hrs until your visit is complete. Pack a charger, a pillow/blanket and food. Most of the nurses are rude- time and time again or do not know what they are doing. This has been witnessed by others that have had to take me, as well. I was even told by a NP to NOT listen to the nurses because they don't know what they are talking about. (which i found to be true) Unfortunately, I have been there numerous time... read more

Dr. Garcia was extremely helpful. He worked on my hernia. I had no problems meeting with him and his staff. Everything went very well and the follow up was exactly what I needed.

I called the women in the office there Two or three times to try it again an appointment And actually spoke to somebody on the phone and they never got back to me. That was months ago. Given that experience, I will never go to Presbyterian Hospital in the Albuquerque area for anything ever.

If you go here, you run the risk of the person checking you in deciding that the doctors can't help you.

7 1/2 hours and my wife only had blood drawn. Did not see a doctor and could not get an answer from anyone when she might. Terrible care and service. Nobody gave a s__t. Will try UNM cannot be any worst.
