The doctors are great but administration is awful. They say that every pediatrician has same day appointments reserved. My child has a 102 fever I called at 8:00 am right when they opened and they told me there were no appointments with my provider. I asked how that’s possible since I was told they have same day appointments reserved and I’ve called as soon as they opened and they said they could not explain it. The lack of transparency and attempts to even get scheduled with our provider is infuriating.

Our Dr is alright; professional, generally helpful. But the billing is completely sub par, and after a few years of this nonsense we will be going elsewhere. Our insurance copay is 30 something dollars. But Presbyterian bills twice, once for the Dr, once for the building, so it essentially DOUBLES my copay. Only, they have an agreement with my insurance for a single copay. My two toddlers Age 3 and 4 see Dr. Randolph regularly. I’ve not met a more compassionate and engaging provider. My son brought in a dinosaur to his visit Dr Randolph included Dino in the entire well check visit. He also always brings in a book for well checks. This extended gesture means so much. Also, Ashley his Medical Assistant is just fabulous. I just adore our Pediatric team. 🩺
