I went to see Shawn Wallace here and was so happy with my visit. He knew my history before he came into the room. He listened and made me feel confident with his diagnosis. He reviewed the images from my XRay and CT with me and made sure I understood. His Medical Assistant was awesome also. His name started with an N and he had beautiful hair. He was great at his job and made me feel heard also. Highly recommend this team. (So sorry I can’t remember the MA’s name) he really was great.
I found the entire practice professional & very kind & welcoming! My appointment was with Keenan Dodd, PA who was very helpful. He explained my X-rays in detail, listened to my complaints of pain & decreased mobility & offered different plans for treatment. Keenan was amazing!!
The scheduler I spoke with was kind, but the system itself is a disgrace. Making a patient in acute pain wait over 40 days to see any provider is completely unacceptable. Presbyterian’s inability to staff their facilities reflects a broken healthcare system that consistently punishes people for being sick or injured. Hospitals and insurance companies like Presbyterian should be held accountable for prioritizing profit over patient care.
Staff was rude. Not very helpful. When you call, everyone gives you different information. Very confusing and inconvenient
