Do NOT get surgery here! Last year I had a racist doctor mutilate me in SECRET and frame me in what was suppose to be a "SURGICAL FREE PROCEDURE" and this hospital helped him cover his tracks every step of the way. I have been suffering now a whole year in silence. They even refused to investigate my claims and are still allowing this coward to practice with them. The doctor's name is Jason Mudd and this hospital has no problem with things going terribly wrong and continuing. I have wrote many grievances now and everything b... read more

The most horrific thing I have gone through was trying to go to the ER and they have no parking for anyone who needs admitted. We are suppose to walk from the parking lot when having chest pains I understand the Covid protocol but give me a break here the front desk was very rude and one of the women did not have a mask on. The medical staff was good thank god.Get it together people!!!

Appropriate patient care and transparency were NOT appreciated during my grandpas last stay at Presbyterian Hospital. I found my grandfathers teeth knocked out and just placed bedside. Before walking into his room, I introduced myself to his nurse, which would have been an appropriate time to be notified that 3 front teeth were knocked out. Had I not brought it up to his nurse, it wouldn’t have been addressed. She was unaware of how it happened. Sadly, now Presbyterian is saying there’s nothing they’re going to do about this... read more

They do not care about their patients. I almost died giving birth to my daughter. They drug up my mom and leave her at the front door. And my sister-in-law was bleeding a lot and they left her in the waiting room for 10+ hours
