RecommendedWe were there on the busiest day of the week, Saturday. There were about 30 people in the ER waiting room when we got there and about an equal number came afterwards. So they were super busy. Still, check-in was quick, as was taking vitals. The slow-down was drawing blood & getting into an ER room. It took us 8 hours to get there! My husband was choking they where trying to figure out if they wanted to do a ct scan. I had to yell at the nurses for help because he was turning blue.
I needed intimidate attention. I felt like I have a hernia and the Emergency room was disgustingly overcrowded and nothing was getting done. I was yelled at because after patiently waiting for 4 hours to be seen because the nurse did not have an answer as to when I could be seen. I had also been to the Presbyterian Estancias location where they turned me down on Saturday because I went at 2:00 pm. and they close at 4:00 pm so both places need revision on policies.

I have been hospitalized 8 times since March 21st, 2019...For acute asthma exerbations...The doctors don't know what they are talking about...Western medicine is killing me
I would recommend to this hospital, because the ER. Room treat my husband right away and the nurses staffs treat him very friendly to us. I thank you all for taking care my husband good of his healthcare. I give them five stars. ⛤⛤⛤⛤⛤
