RecommendedI was seen in the Emergency Room Sunday night/ Monday morning. the staff was great to me. The attending doctor got me with the specialist so I could be admitted and have emergency surgery. The care team on the 3rd floor are the absolute best. I was in a l8t of pain but they never got frustrated or short with me. I was my doctors last surgery of the day, but the OR staff was just as friendly, as if I was the first in line. Thank you for making a stressful time so much better for me. Horrible bedside manner and rude staff all around. Very unorganized, saw them call a patient back and then a different nurse would call the same name in the lobby after the person was already back and the nurse would just look around confused after other patients would tell her they already went back. This happened multiple times. When we finally got a room the nurse spent about 10 minutes trying to locate cords to hook up the proper machines in the room. i waited in excruciating pain for 7 hrs just to be told they didnt have any test results yet. they gave me 4 baby aspirin and left me in the waiting room and when i asked about my tests i was told not to bother them. i have a great picture of the nurses playing on their phones and im sure surveillance has great shots of the nurses visiting the security booth to flirt. meanwhile a woman across from me was bleeding internally and externally from a medical bag and when her daughter tried to get her help, security told her to be... read more
