On September 14, 2018, I was involved in a car accident during which I sustained 2 compression fractures in my 2nd and 3rd lumbar vertebrae. I want to thank the two EMT's who were so gracious and kind to me. The female EMT even stayed with me a few minutes after we arrived at the hospital. Yes, I know they were doing their jobs, but they were so kind and professional. Please, is there any way I can track them down just to say "thank you"?

The ER is ridiculous!!!! I came here with my daughter because she was having a hard time breathing. We sat in the waiting for over 2 hours. They said they are busy but the waiting room is empty. I thought UNM was bad.
