been here since 6:30 pm and its 11:33 just to get results on and CT/MRI done just minutes after arrival and the front desk people are so rude other people here in the ER are requesting that there IV'S be taken oit to go home. customer service is pathertic and so rude.

I got hit by a Police van, and ended up in the ER here. It was awful! I was there close to 9 hours, and never happier to leave a place! The waiting room is over-run with homeless people in really, really bad shape. High, mentally ill, and odoriferous! I was already dizzy and nauseated, but the additional smells made it 100% worse. 🤢The staff was very nice, and obviously doing the best they can under the circumstances, but I will never return unless I am completely unconscious!
