RecommendedI went in today with massive chest pain and a bad cough and as soon as I got there they could see that I wasn't doing good the nurse took me back right away got me an x-ray and a room within literally like 20 minutes the only thing that kind of sucked was that the doctor was not able to get in there fast enough when I was screaming in pain

RecommendedEveryone here is very professional and helpful.
Been sitting in the WAITING ROOM at the ER for over 2 hrs for my dad to be seen for a SPINAL INJURY he has metal plates in his spine and had one seriously shift on him. People that got here AFTER us have been called back for a cough and cold symptoms. SERIOUSLY????
The medical teams here are horrible, don’t have bed side manner, rude, and don’t do all they can to help their patients at all. I do not recommend this hospital location or Pres as a whole! Their ranks on medical care has dropped and UNM raised on medical care have gone up! I have seen and been at both and I see the difference. Pres sucks.
