My brother was put into a room pretty quick, he is in sever pain, shaking uncontrollably. They left the door to the room open so we see the staff. I can see them laughing with each other for over 15 mins, then she gets up and walks in with no urgency what's so ever. Seeing hospital staff laughing and joking so openly while a loved one is in sever pain is unprofessional, where is the compassion? But the Doctor is wonderful.
December 23: Not the way I wanted to spend my 43rd Anniversary but everyone at The ER was kind. The very young paramedic Brandon saved me. He only stuck me once, realized immediately how dehydrated I was and got the IV order changed, hung both bags at once and started running them in right away, he found me a place to lie down and I will always be grateful. Triage RN Clarissy on September 28, 2017 was treating patients rudely and their families. Multiple ladies were complaining about shivering, high fever and headache after epidural injection. Shame on that nurse and her supervisor as she even denied seeing one of the families.
I came on wednesday afternoon and nurse and staff were nice and friendly. Came back to ER my primary told me told to. Got here it was a wait understanding got this came in took my vital signs and left before it beep then never came back to but the IV and nice young did it for her.
