I had to have documents filled out for my job with this clinic. They made it sound like they were going to get them filled out. They said bring them down or fax. I figured fax would be quicker. But then they gave me the run around for two weeks that they'd put an urgency on the paperwork. Going through all of the waiting and calling them everyday. Came down to them that they couldn't fill them out after all. Awful service.

Update 9/28/2018 - fOR 2 MONTHS Care Coordination messed me around on DME (shower chair) for safety. When I finally demand my information Care Coordination sends me a letter dated 8-15-18 ripping my rights from me WITHOUT DUE PROCESS telling me THEY will make all decisions including what is Urgent and what is not. Scheduled for a colonoscopy on 11/7/17 and called at 8 am on 11/16/17 to reschedule due to illness. I was on hold for :45" trying to speak with someone on the patient line. Hung up and called back and pressed to button for "Providers" instead of patients and they picked up the phone in under 10 seconds. Pretty poor service for patients.
