If we could give the place 0 stars I would! We had a scheduled surgery with them today was told we would get a call the day before with instructions and time of surgery. Never got a call. We where calling all day yesterday got passed around. Said they make calls from 2 to 3 then 3 to 5. Come to find out their office closes at closes at 5 which is so convenient, was told to call 8am. Exceptional experience with surgeon, Dr. Kevin Hudenko, operating room nurses Sara & Lara, and recovery room nurse Laura. Everyone was friendly and knew their stuff. On the ball! I had abdominal surgery with robotic assistance. No issues & healing very quickly with minimal pain. I highly recommend this crew!
After reading previous 1* performance review of MD. Douglas Opie I felt really uneasy and concerned going in. I am dealing with hemorrhoids so I was also embarrassed which added to my anxiety. When I met doctor Opie, I was pleasantly surprised. He was very professional, understanding and easy going. He acknowledged my feelings of embarrassment due to the nature of my visit, and made sure that during the whole visit I felt comfortable and in control. Edit: After ignoring the issue for 2 years, Pres finally responded with an answer that complete lacks any sympathy or kindness. I legitimately am unsure what possible purpose waiting 2 years to respond serves. If you thought I'd forget about the pain and suffering you caused my mother and just delete the review...boy are you wrong. Also, I'm not filling out your contact us form; I'll just get blown off again. Presbyterian Rust Medical Center ASC LLC | Outpatient-Surgery I have been fighting them for 3 months now to stop over charging my bank account. Every month they take money out of my bank. Money that I need to feed my children. I've called and called a bunch of times only to get the run around from billing. This is ridiculous and has to stop. My attorney is now involved and I will sue this place for BILLING FRAUD!! Read the other reviews about their billing fraud!!
