Great grooming services and excellent customer service! Just picked up my 110 pound golden doodle and 85 pound bernese mountain dog. They have been visiting Preppy Pet in Tempe for grooming for the past couple of months. We've seen a couple different groomers (sorry can't remember names!) and each time they've done an excellent job. It's a challenge to groom large dogs, especially the golden doodle! Thanks so much for always doing such a great job and taking excellent care of our doggie kids!
Manager at Tempe Location is very unqualified for the roll as a manager she has no personable skills at all when it comes to dealing with the client aka the dog owner.. She starts to shake and can't control the things she says instead of handling it like a real manager should my experience was good up to this point It is clear when she does not like someone I felt very embarrassed to some of the things she had said when all I had asked is why my dogs tail didn't get shaved she proceeds to bring up things that have no relevan... read more
I can't say enough good things about the Preppy Pet in Tempe! They have always done an amazing job of accommodating our reservation requests, medication/special needs, etc. We have been taking our dogs there for 5 years and they love it! Preppy Pet staff went above and beyond recently in showing their sympathy when I informed them that one of our dogs passed away. Thank you again Chad, John, and staff!
