We have used Preppy Pet Tempe for years when our house sitter can't watch our dogs. We boarded them with Preppy Pet over labor day weekend 2017. When we picked them up they smelled horrible. We later found out that the dog in the kennel next to them peed on them. They couldn't tell us when this happened but they clearly didn't clean up the dogs afterwards, putting them at risk for any number of health issues. This was a clear case of neglect. Dogs came home wreaking of urine. Doesn't seem like staff paid much attention to them.
RecommendedI boarded my dog Mouse for 2 weeks at Preppy Pet and they did a great job. The staff was friendly and were very quick in getting me updates whenever I called. Mouse came back in good health and good spirits, even though this was his first time away from his family for a long period of time. My only complaint is the webcam on the play area was not working as advertised on the website, which was a major selling point for me, but the staff did send me pictures upon request. We take a mini vacation every year to San Diego and we leave our Achilles here every time. They greet him and us with such great customer service and he hates to leave his friends when we pick him up.
Our pitbull Chuy loves going to Preppy Pet when we go out of town. They don't discriminate and Chuy seems right at home. Great place.

I need a call back from your owners immediately. I just spent the entire day at the Emergency Vet and an Animal Neurologist's office, after picking up my dog from your boarding facility this morning. She has a bulging disk, can't move, and requires surgery. We need to discuss this today.
I've only taken my Lacey for grooming and they've always done a good job.
