Had a 12:00 appointment today, still sitting here waiting at 5:15! I don't understand how this works. If you have an appointment, you should be served at that time, not stuck in a cage. We aren't here for boarding, we were here for grooming! I paid with a Groupon so of course I am out the money I spent. And all they could say was I could have 50% the next time I come here. No thank you! My time is worth more than that!

After seeing the way they treated my friends dog and hearing horrific stories about the staff and there overly rude and obnoxious attitudes, I'm offended myself and it wasn't even my dog that got abused. A dog is part of your family. If my son came home from school or anywhere for that matter malnutritioned and with burns and scrapes all around his neck... I'm sure you get the idea. Boarded my Great Dane here for 5 days. He came out with hot spots all around his cheeks and down under his neck down his chest. Also lost significant weight while he was boarded. Don't let them feed you crap like they feed chicken and rice, lies! After paying $145 for boarding abuse, I got to foot another $160 vet bill. Now he in on antibiotics and cleaners. Way to go preppy pet, you deserve the worst.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!Both Dogs got kennel cough and manager who spoke to me was very condescending and arrogant when he returned my call. They say you get what you pay for, well I got it all right. Staff sounded like trained robots, no people skills. Poorly run and unsanitary.
