My Prenuvo experience was perfect - everything you would want from a well-run medical facility. Anna, Kat & the rest of the staff were all very kind, professional & helpful. From start to finish for my appointment, every step was well-explained, and I always felt my comfort was important and was ensured by the staff. The place was very clean, and had a calming atmosphere. It seems the staff has paid attention to every detail. Plus, after fasting, the tea & healthy snacks following my scan were much appreciated!
First impression bad! RUN as other reviews are saying. The person answering the phone is either incompetent or pretends to be to avoid answering questions of potential customers.
This agency is savy with setting up appointments and taking your money. It took hours to be seen before my scan, and it's just a small corner room for waiting. The scan took weeks to get back, and it was very vague. I then scheduled the complimentary consultation, and it was canceled multiple times. I ended up with $4k out of pocket, and nothing to show for it. I am very disappointed. SAVE YOUR MONEY. 👎
It's pretty reasonably priced and helps find stuff early.
