Dr. Hijazon is absolutely wonderful, he is currently treating my father's early Parkinson's. Dr. Hijazon is caring, extremely knowledgeable and beyond compassionate. His staff is equally as wonderful, we are always welcomed with nothing but kindness, professionalism and care. Thank you Neurological Associates of Downey.
Dr. Hijazin never let me explain my medical conditions, never went over MRI reports with me, and refused to submit a recommendation for a neurologist at a higher care facility. Instead, he made me return to my primary doctor, get a recommendation for a new neurologist, and I had to get that neurologist to write the recommendation for a higher care facility. they call me that I had an appointment, went there , waited more than an hour, n never saw the Doctor, so I walk out, now I’m seeing another Doctor somewhere else n he is great n theStaff very friendly
worst facility am so disappointed that I exposed my health with this clinic the worst place you can go!!!!
Th office is over an hour late, they are completely inconsiderate of patients and all they had to offer were reschedules of appointments 3 mo the out.
The Dr. Hijazin is okay but the staffs are horrible. They never answer the calls and when they answer the call, they transfer my call to nowhere, which ends up hanging up on me. I've tried to call several times today to reschedule and they never answer or keeps hanging up on me. The staffs there are so rude and they need to change the call system.
Dr Hijazin is a good Dr I have seen him for a long time because he's the only one who has control my seizures I wouldn't change it for another doctor and I also have that VNS therapy and that work for me to control my seizures also. I also live in Lancaster and I go all the way to Downey to see him I wouldn't change the doctors out here in Lancaster
I had to drive there to get a appointment only for them to tell me that I couldn't get one until the diagnosis was fixed I am a biller and I told them give me the appointment and I'll get it fixed with my doctor and they said no. Now I have it fixed and no answer to both numbers I heard the doctor is good all they need is a new staff that cares about his patients I'll be calling the health plan along with my IPA
These people never answer their phones. Customer Service is terrible.
