I worked for premium for almost 5 full years. Eventually bosses up top made a mistake with one of the stores I was assigned. Instead of fixing the problem, they just blamed me for it. They also don't pay you for all of your working hours and time spent driving between stores. Don't get roped in to working for this company!
RecommendedMy boss and my trainer are both great and help when I need it. The area I have needs some work but not at the fault of Premium itself. However, most of the people I have encountered are great so far. I have 2 jobs and I love that I can schedule around my first job as its fixed and set hours. I have the ability to tell my SET day stores "I will be here on this day at this time, every week" and that helps a lot too. *New Hire*

I am apart of the Walmart Wireless Program in Texas. I love PRS it’s a family owned and operated company. I can see this company continuing to grow. I love Premium and I’m glad to be apart of the team.

Would NOT recommend. It started out wonderfully. Premium was very helpful in getting started & excited for me to join their team. I met with a manager each time before I left the store and they told me they were satisfied with my work and communication. I received a call that my store requested another rep. No explanation, no follow thru. Many managers within Walmart and there is zero communication between them so they were not on the same page of expectations.
