why did you erase my last post? You haven'paid us for work done over the summer. And don't tell me to email you because we have been. so had my supervisor. We're contacting the EOC Monday. It will show during the worst time in history for America you did not support your employees through a raise or anything else but videos that caused you to run through your budget before the end of the year. this had gone on long enough. I have ties to the community and you will be exposed for your maltreatment of your employees.

been waiting on a bonus since July. they say they care. They put up a lot of talk but they dontfollow through **still waiting on bonuses..emailed several times. supervisor has as well. also waiting on Bowline from Randall's a d HEB as well. I am contacting the EOC on Monday. this has gone on long enough**

Laughable training, thrown to the wolves my first day in a store. After two weeks, hardly any communication and what communication I recieved, I couldn't get a word in edgewise past my blow-hard manager... I worked two stores for two months, couldn't get a transfer when I moved and ended uo quitting and getting a real job...

I have worked for premium for 4 years! they have recently done an "alignment" and I lost all of my original stores in my "zone" and got one further away from me... they dropped reimbursement on gas, mileage.. and after 4 years of hard work, my stores and hours were given to new employees they just recently hired and gave me one store that only holds 10hrs a week.. I am so heartbroken by this decision and will be forced to find other employment due to having a brand new baby at home.. I would even pick up extra stores to help... read more

Send each person in corporate support group to work in stores for one month. Their only allowed training is only the online training that reps are currently provided. Make certain that they have to drive 40 miles each day to -- and in between stores -- (not reimbursed) and are required to purchase there own tablet (not reimbursed). Let them listen to the WM employees demanding hazard COVID pay.

Premium is a good career. Just recently started to do in my training. Training is pretty easy but the schedule throws off tiny bit about when to get in my schedules. Im those patient people that have training. All i know it takes time, patience to succeed a dream to get what you want.. I love premium retail services!! Cant wait for my soon next training on my nearest location
