I think you need to take better care of your employees and stop justifying you are an essential company during this time of crisis. I don’t think I have ever had a more heart breaking experience with a company. I was hospitalized for about four days after being jumped on and beaten by a man I was trying to escape. During these days I missed work and the police department here in Madison had my phone while investigating the domestic violence incident. Even after submitting both my discharge paperwork and doctors release Alex still termed my employment. I’ve never been more disappointed in a company in my entire life.
This company by far is one of the worst I have ever worked for. The pay is low. If you're behind on a project you immediately get hateful text messages and emails. If you're sick they hound you until you're open projects are completed. Do not apply to this company!! They are terrible and do not appreciate the employees!!!
