We had great service with Premium but when they sold out to Primo it has been poor service and unfulfilled promises ever since. We have been completely out of water for 3-4 weeks now. I have called them several times about our situation and they always make excuses for why we cannot get water. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
When it was Premium the service was excellent. It is no longer Premium and they do not show up when they say they will. If they do show up, the order is completely wrong. Extremely displeased to have to waste so much time on the phone.

I was very happy when it was Premium Refreshments but terrible customer service since Primo took over. Three deliveries were scheduled but none happened & no call to tell me. Still no call from the regional manager don't seem to care. I am cancelling.my service as a result
